"My family and friends encouraged me to meet with Kurt Pfaff at State Farm to see what kind of quote I could get for my home and vehicles. After 49 years with a different company I didn't take my decision lightly. I was pleasantly surprised to not only find better rates, better coverage, but an agent who truly cares about his clients, his family, his company and coworkers. He truly cares and assured me that he and his coworkers are here to help 24/7, and that he always contacts his clients every so often with updates and to see if they have any new concerns. He also spent 2 hrs going over their mission statement and every scenario so that I would get the policy that works for me. Answered all of my questions and followed up the next day to make sure he answered all of my questions. I switched to State Farm that same day. Thank you Kurt for such an amazingan job.
